How does TG Rewards work?
Think of it as a patient rewards program built around the habits that move treatment forward. When you do the things that keep teeth healthy and appointments on track, our team adds points to your account.
Points are stored in the Patient Rewards Hub, which opens in the app or in any browser. From there, you can see your balance and choose what to redeem.
How do you earn TG Rewards points?
Patients have several ways to earn TG Rewards during treatment:
- Excellent oral hygiene: clean teeth and healthy gums at your visit
- Being on time: arriving on schedule for appointments
- Seeing your dentist: keeping up with regular cleanings
- Doing well in school: bonus points for each “A” on a report card
- Birthday visits: having an appointment on your birthday
Braces rewards and Invisalign rewards work the same way: both recognize steady effort. Brackets stay cleaner, aligners get worn, and visits stay on schedule.
What can you redeem points for?

How do you log in to the Rewards Hub?
Download the Patient Rewards Hub app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or sign in from a browser. If you need help getting in, ask our team at your next visit.
The app is handy for checking a balance on the way to an appointment, while the browser login works well on a shared family computer.
What is the TG Kids Club?
Not every child is ready for treatment yet. Kids who are too young and are being monitored, a complimentary service, can join the TG Kids Club, a patient rewards program sized for little ones.
Members receive a membership card, special surprises, and invitations to fun events and contests. They collect points too, for:

- ✓Seeing the dentist
- ✓Wearing the TG Kids Club t-shirt to the office
- ✓Bringing home good grades
